The result for B.Des is yet to be announced. The result available on the site of NIFT is for B.FTech, M.FTech and MFT courses.
It is clearly mentioned on the website that the result for B.Des and M.Des would be announced in due course.
So you need to wait for the result to be declared. 
It is expected that result would be out by the end of this week.
