Hello,
In shcok resistant steel alloy, the dominant component is the silicon as it increases toughness and provides resistance. It also has better torsional properties.
Shock resistant steel alloy contains the following components
  • Carbon
  • Silicon
  • Chromium
  • Magnesium
  • Molybdenum
  • Nickel
  • Lead
