Maharashtra common entrance test cell has been started application form for mht CET and will be available till July 7th.

May be due to your network problem this thing has  happened. Don't worry just check that your payment status is showing "payment is done" aur not. If it is not showing, then check with your bank that mht cet cell has made their refund or not your account.

If all of answer is no, then try to reach to them via mail id, send all of your documents with the mail, and wait for the responses as you have mentioned they are not picking up their call. If this not works then try to reach out to the head office.
