Correct Answer: 992

Solution : The highest three-digit number = 999
LCM of 3, 5, and 9 = 45
Remainder = ($\frac{999}{45}$) = 9
The greatest 3-digit number divisible by 3, 5 and 9 = 999 – 9 = 990
Required number = 990 + 2 = 992
Hence, the correct answer is 992.
