The mass of an atom of an element is 4 x 10^-23g (10 to the power -23), then find the atomic weight.

Ans: Mass of an atom of given element = 4 x 10^-23g

1 mole has = 6.023 x 10^23 atoms

Atomic weight means mass of all 6.023 x 10^23 atoms

So, atomic weight = 4 x 10^-23 x 6.023 ^ 10^23

= 24.092g
