You can download the provisional marksheet from the CBSE website and submit it at the tie of JEE(JOSAA) as a proof. You might have to get it signed from your Principal, for some institutes, so check accordingly. Some schools also provide a provisional marksheet. You can contact the school authorities regarding the same. But you will have to submit the original marksheet after admission.
