Dear Shalini, there has been reports of difficulties regarding payments for AIIMS MBBS. Students who were facing the same issue cleared the cache, browsing history, etc , re started their system and relogged in. Ot worked for them. You may give it a try as well. There are issues but eventually you will be able to complete the final registration process. But dont forget to take the print out of the final confirmation page.
