no issue if photo and address is not updates in teh adhar card , just carry a photo of yours with yourself so that you dont have to face any issue.

As long as you have all verified and geniune details on your adhar card I don't think this would create any problem but i would still suggest you that you should update your details ASAP to safe yourself from any kind of document related problem.
