Hello

To be eligible to appear for NEET UG 2019 exam, the candidate should have completed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Class 11 and 12 from a recognized Board and NEET UG Qualifying marks for UR category is 50% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects) and for OBC/SC/ST category, minimum aggregate marks in the PCB subjects is 40%.

Hello Kaushik

Dear, both of these criterias are bit different.
The eligibility required to write the NEET exam is 50% aggregate marks in 12th class. Whereas, to pass the NEET exam the requirement is 50 %ile.
