This problem is faced by multiple students. There is nothing to panic. This are just server issues or due to heavy server traffic when many try to access a particular info. 

Try using a different browser or if you use only one browser clear the history and cache and try after some time. If not try after an hour. People have faced such and also later in time the problem was solved so relax.

Dear Harsh, please try clearing the cache, browsing history, etc and try restarting the system. Login again with your credentials and retry completing the process. Candidates have been facing issues with the same error but wete able to complete the process after restarting their systems. With high user interface, the website might slow down.
