Hello aspirant
There is no any mentioning about color of stamp by nta for neet examination . You can use blue or black any color stamp. The only thing to keep in mind is thumb impression should be clear and not scattered. Nta is going to conduct neet examination on 13sep2020 i.e. today. You have to use your left hand thumb impression.

Note- it will be better if you use blue color stamp as it is widely used .
