According to the guidelines for NEET 2020, you can only wear light coloured denim pants or track pants (should have less number of pockets) with half sleeves T-shirt without any other more accessories (watch, bracelet, etc).

No, you can't wear black color plazzo  on NEET Exam Day and specially the clothes with fashionable big pockets or zips. To be on the safer side, it is advised to wear light clothes, so, avoid black coloured palzzo. It would be very good if you wear light color trousers or salwar suits.
