according to NEET chapter wise weightage, which is of 3% and the sub topics from thermodynamics concept are as follows

First Law of Thermodynamics, Work, Internal Engery,  - 45%  and Thermodynamics process, Reversible and Irresversible process, second law of thermodynamics - 22% and finally Refrigerator( heat pump) , Heat Engine - 33%
