See if you are talking about the EWS certificate then you need to make your certificate with the income details of your husband. For most other certificates also the rules is the same. So as you are married, and if you are registered as a married couple, then you are in a legal guardianship of your husband. So for most cases you have to issue the certificate with your husbands name. Although you didn't mentioned about which certificate you are talking about, but in general this is the rule.
