If a girl married. Her husband live with his parents. The Girls cirtificate will depond on husdand income or father in low income?

I guess you are asking for caste certificate for that girl. as you have not mentioned any caste category (OBC/Sc/ST). I can give you a brief idea in general. First of all, candidate needs to confirm the caste, under which category it comes. For OBC, you can check out OBC central list and same goes for other castes.
