Hey.

For admission in a UG course you would require a percentage atleast above 90%. And for admission in a PG course you would require a percentage atleast around 70-75% aggregate in your UG degree. IELTS or TOEFL is also required. Other than  GMAT you can also take the GRE. Other than this, some of the german universities also accept SAT, ACT scores.
