Aeronautical Engineering depends more on the parts & material, It's not only flying in the air or job in the air so it will heavily restrict you to flight Maintenance & flight development but if you go for Aerospace Engineering, It has more options like Satellite or anything going to fly and Drowns are becoming very heavier concentration in this area.
