Dear aspirant,

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the refund of 20000 which you paid at the time of spot round and considering you haven't alloted any seat in that round.

If you are not alloted any seat in that round then definitely your fees would be refunded.

If you can tell me the name of college and counselling you have taken part then i can tell you in a more detailed manner.

But for sure your fees would be refunded.
