I don't completely understand your question . If it is about a chemistry practical question as thiourea is a chemical, it is quite easy to write. Just read the theory of the practical like what is it, why it used and how it is used and just write that down in the theory part . In the procedure part , you can just write down in step what you have done in the lab itself.  I hope that answers your question.
