For this year, in some exams they are using marks or rank where as in some others percentile will be used. To be honest, in the end when counselling will take place, at one point or the other marks is always considered as that`s an easy assessment parameter. Although the true fact is, it does not matter which one out of marks or percentile will be used for counselling, the outcomes will be same in both case cause as you might know already higher the marks higher the percentile. But, if there are situations where negative marks will effect rank of students with same percentile, so in the end it`ll be marks.
