Yes, there are integrated 5 year MSc programs in chemistry offered by a number of universities. These programs integrated postgraduate and undergraduate Course work, usually culminating in an M.sc degree. IIT Patna, Central University of Jammu, South Asian University, University of Calicut, and Amrita Vishwa vidyapeetam are a few examples.
