Well, You are not eligible for further Josaa rounds, but Don't Worry You Can directly Apply for CSAB spot round.

Please don't miss this chance out, as it will be the only chance for you to get an admission in NITs.

As you are getting an seat in NIT in the first round but you didn't submit any document and fees
Sorry to say that you are not eligible for further round and you will be not allowed to participate in josaa counselling because you didn't report to the reporting center.
Now what you have to do?
Now,
1) wait for the end of josaa counselling.
2)after completing josaa counselling apply for special round counselling which is an CSAB.
3)register on CSAB and fill option form for colleges like josaa counselling
If you can get NIT in first round then surely you can get NIT in CSAB round if seat is vacate.
Csab seat is occurring because of some students didn't accept seat in NIT so for that vacate seat CSAB counselling is done.
