Hello,

First of all drop this thinking that everything has gone of your mind.You are old and rest the thoughts that will let you think you cant do.If you see around there are lot of people who crack upsc at the above 30 follow those people ,taking motivation from them.Surround yourself with good people positive people.Give time to studies and i can assure you will do great.
