JEE Mains has no minimum aggregate per se. But for admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, you should have completed your 12th in Physics, Mathematics and anyone among Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or a Technical Vocational Subject. These subjects should be for both Intermediate 1st year and 2nd year. You should have Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects. Can have either Chemistry or Biology, Biotechnology or a Technical Vocational Subject as the 3rd subject and there is a Language which is English. The other subject can be your 2nd language. Like Sanskrit or Hindi or Telugu. That can be anything.
