Even if you clear your compartment you must try to give jee next year as this year at such a high rank of 2 lacks you wont get any of the govt clgs. Forget about NITs you might not get GFTIs even irrespective of the category you belong to. Try for pvt. Clgs or give jee again next year. All the best for your future.
