      Yes this academic year has a low cut off than previous years and the cut off for colleges will definitely decrease. The college select the student based on the ranks only and not on the cut off marks. So wait for the tnea to release the ranking list. The ranking will be slightly similar to that of previous years, so predict the college based on ranking not on cut off.
