Those student who clear 11th and 12th with additional biology as a regular student are eligible to neet 2019 ?

Hey.

Yes, you are eligible to attempt NEET 2019 if you had Biology as your additional subject.

This clause was introduced by MCI for NEET 2018 but was overruled by the Delhi High Court which means that the students with Biology as an additional subject in Class 11 and 12 are eligible for NEET 2019.

And your marks in Biology will be considered to see if you're eligible or not. You need to pass the subject individually and it will be also included to calculate your minimum required aggregate of PCB which should be atleast 50%

Eligibility for NEET is PCB , so if you have biology as main subject or as an optional , in both cases you are eligible for NEET
