Candidates may apply and pay the application fee online through www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.  if you have completed your BSc Nursing them you can apply for MNS. B.Sc nursing graduates can join the Military Nursing Service (MNS) depending on the available vacancies. Graduates can join Armed Forces Medical Services as Short Service Commissioned Nursing Officers or Permanent Service Commissioned Nursing Officers. As you are in training then your degree must be completed before joining the  Military Nursing Service.
