The remaining seats will be filled in both the second round and the mop-up. So I will sugegst you to go for the second round and the mop up round. Because if the seats are not filled category wise, then in the mop up round those seats will be given to general students. So you should go for it.

First of all the seats would be alloted in the second round of counselling after which whatever seats are left would be alloted in the mop up round .
