Colleges participating through CSAB 2019 are - NITs, IIITs, IIEST Shibpur and other CFTIs. 

Also, to participate in CSAB NEUT the candidates should belong to the 8 North Eastern States and 4 Union Territories - Assam, Arunachal Pradesh Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Lakshadweep. And must carry a valid domicile of the state.
