Please do specify the name of the university atleast if you want to know about whether it is private or government and it's per annum fee. Alternatively you can check whether a university is private or government by simply going to it's official website it will always mention whether it is a central University, state University, deemed or private.

For the fee part you will have to check specific fee for your course as fee varies across different even in the same University.
