You are required to show the certificate that you belong to OBC category Non-creamy layer. Also check that your caste appears in the central OBC list. The link to the entire list is http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx

OBC Certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the Annexure II of the JIPMER 2019 prospectus. Also, it should not be older than one Year on date of first counseling, i.e. should be of between 25.06.2018 and 26.06.2019.
