Candidate's rank, category, cut off, seat availability, choice of college and branch, local/non-local status will be considered for seat allotment. You need to fill more number of choices to avoid the disappointment of not getting a seat in the Counselling. Now, the first phase seat allotment is already published, for second phase counselling the seats which are vacant and unattended will be considered for second counselling seat allotment. So candidates who wish to get seat in a desired college and branch of higher priority, candidates who didn't secure seat in first phase and candidates who did not get seat in first phase can participate in second phase counselling.
