To get admission in NIT through Jeemain 75% necessary but I d'nt know 75% is for physics, check, maths or all 5subjects?

As per the eligibility to apply for IITs, NITs, IIITs & GFTIs, You should have five subjects  Language, Physics, Mathematics, Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject), Any other subjects with a minimum 75% as General category & 65% as a reserved category in 10+2 Or you should be in top 20 percentile in class 12th from the respective board.
