Predicting the exact score is difficult as seat allotment depends on your rank and rank depends on factors like number of candidates qualified, normalised score, top score in the exam, number of candidates in your category etc. If you belong to general category you need to score minimum 120 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in desired top institute, for BC category a safe score is 100 or above and for SC/ST it is 80-100 marks. You can even score higher these are the estimated minimum marks.
