For AIIMS- Scoring above 160 will surely get you a rank below 500.
For NEET- 560 is the safe mark.

Hi. The marks for AIIMS is not known for sure and it does vary. But a score of 150 plus will be pretty safe bet. And a score of 625 plus will land you in top colleges in NEET. Good luck
