Don't be down. Learning language is not so difficult especially when you are from the field of technology. There are many online platforms that upload videos for teaching programming languages. First thing to be done is choose a language based on what work you will bw doing.

Its not important to study the language you should know to operate it. But knowing it only enhances your career position. Like you know many of the microprocessors that we use works on coding.

Some institutes provide Diploma/Certification courses also, you may try for that too.
