Most foreign colleges do require Indian students to give either the TOEFEL or the IELTS test as an English proficiency test. So depending on the requirement of your desired college, write these tests and manage to get a decent score in them.

Yes, Study in abroad you have to give tofle and ilets because INDIA is non- english speaking country.

And different foreign institutes have different tofle and ilets score requirement.
