To study biotechnology, you need JEE.NEET is not required for biotechnology. For B.Tech in biotechnology you need JEE scorecard, for admission in government and some private institutes. Most private institutes, however, conduct a separate examination or might even consider your 12th board result.

For example- UPTU conducts a separate exam for b.tech in biotechnology.
