see you first decide in which of the stream or bachelors specialization you wants to take. I suggest to go for government college for whatever stream you want to study, let it mbbs or engineering, b.sc, or b.com (//b.com) or b.a etc. also government of India and organizations like indian oil, reliance jio, tata has scholarship scheme for poor and meritorious students.
