We understand your concerns. However, the refunf of seat acceptance fees of an institute is given only if the withdrawal of seat is done before the last date of withrawal . The processing of fees takes time, and the refund is processed with a few processing charges, and is returned in time durations ranging in months. So, you must have been filled those bank details earlier, you just need to withdraw the seat.
