Hello Tanay

Yes, sometimes it happens as the money will be deducted and amount will not be tranffered into the Financial department or the Controller of Examination department.

You need not to worry just make a repayment and take the print out or screenshot of the previous glitch.

In this case first contact with your Bank customer service.
