Since you are considered as qualified as per the marks you scored in eamcet but the possible reason behind it may be the intermediate marks.Make sure that you had scored aggregate 45% in all subjects. many of the students who had supply or applied for recounting didn't get their ranks due to the delay in updating the intermediate marks. You can get your rank in phase 2.
