If I frankly speak then there's nothing like best institute for coaching. It totally depends upon person to person that where that particular person if getting more satisfaction level.

There are numbers of institutions and each of them claim to be best but it totally depends upon you.

I'll suggest you to take demo classes before joining and once you are satisfied then only enroll in that particular institute.

Almost every institute have same fee structure for IAS coaching, not much difference.
