In order to take admission you should appear for JEE (Main+ ADvanced) exam to take admission in NITs and IITs. In order to be eligible make sure you should have 75% marks in boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile. For SC/SC you should have 65% marks.

You can also appear in your state level entrance exam to take admission in your state level government colleges.
