To start of let me tell you the main requirement for M.Sc in Industrail Chemistry, which is a B.Sc. degree having the subjects like Zoology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Biotechnology or if you have an equivalent degree in a science stream with 60% of marks from a recognized board you will be eligible to apply. Speaking of the best universities, I would recommend

These would be my picks. Also the average fee for this course ranges between INR 5,000 to 2 Lacs based on the performance of respective student in his/her bachelor degree examination or based on the entrance exam conducted by the college before admissions.
