I hope your fee limit must be per semester but the below mentioned college fees will be for the 4 year B.Tech course.

VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad having Rs 3.44 L fee.

Vasavi College of Engineering Hyderabad with Rs 6.40 L fee.

Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderbad with Rs 4 L fee. A good score in 12 class and JEE can also give you discounts in the fee section. 

BITS Hyderabad can be a great option but you must need above 300 marks in the BITSAT paper for CSE branch, if you can push your 50000 limit.
