You can consider Central University of South BIhar as the best option for pursuing integrated BSc-BEd in Bihar, admission is done through CUCET regarding this for which the official notification of this year isn't released, the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board in science stream, securing 50% aggregate, for reserved categories there is relaxation of 5%,  Central University of Jharkhand also offers integrated BSc-BEd through CUCET , other than this if you're open to pursue the course outside Bihar,  you can consider appearing for CEE conducted by NCERT for admission to Regional Institute of Education with its various campuses in Ajmer, Bhubaneswar, Mysore, Shillong, Bhopal these are premier educational institutes in the field of education.

The admission is based on Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) which is a National level entrance exam.
