Your question is quite open ended. Every medical college has a different course fees. The government colleges have lower fees and starts from 20k per annum to a lakh per annum where as the deemed and private colleges have fees starting from 5 lakhs per annum to 25 lakhs per annum. They will soon release the list of colleges with the fee structure on the main site of NEET counseling where you can check it.
