Transfer certificate and college leaving certificate both are same or different I have clc not tc how can I get tc and take add bhu with clc

Usually transfer certificate is the same as school/college leaving certificate. This is issued when a student wishes to go from an institution either after completing studies or in between also. As far as I can understand the college leaving certificate will be sufficient.
